Yoga is one of the best way to preserve a healthy and youthful body. Asanas (postures) keep the body flexible and alive while meditation and Pranayama (yogic breathing) keep your mind intact. It’s basically a natural way to manage your mood and calm your mind. More than a therapy, yoga is a philosophy of life.
** Baan Zen was the main location on Koh Chang for private yoga classes. However, that closed in 2014 although you will still see it mentioined in out of date guidebooks and old web pages.**
Although more people are looking to take yoga classes during their holiday on Koh Chang, there are comparatively few places where you can study. ( Unlike some islands in the south of Thailand which are over run by yogis.) However, there are still a couple of good options.
