New houses for rent in Kai Bae, Koh Chang
These new rental homes have just been completed and are available for longterm rent – from 6 months to 1 year. They are located in the valley in Kai Bae, just over 5 minutes walk from the main road and the shops, restaurants and beach.
This is a quiet area which is becoming increasingly popular with expats and people living and working on the island during the high Season. It’s far enough away from the village to be quiet at night, but close enough so that everything you need is within walking distance. The owner of these two small houses for rent is an Austrian expat who spends part of the year on Koh Chang. he designed and built the homes as he saw a need fora better standard of longterm rental property which were more spacious than the typical studio or one bedroom bungalows that are far more common.
The houses are both fully furnished and ready to move in. They are fully air-conditioned and have a western style kitchen with fridge/freezer and a gas or electric hob for cooking. There is one European style bathroom with hot water shower.
Outside there are two covered terraces. One for relaxing at the front of the house and another at the rear for washing or hanging clothes etc
The rental rates include water and High-speed WIFI Internet
Electricity is billed monthly at 8 Baht per unit.

High season from November – April: 25,000 Baht/month
Low season from Mai – September: 18, 000 Baht/month
12 Month contract: 240,000 Baht / year

Hey. I am interested rent a house in Koh Chang between november 2019 and january 2020.
Kai Bao, Klong Brao, are area what I looking for but I’m open every option.
What I want/need: 2 rooms and kitchen, shower and watercloset, WORKING internet, AC, note very restles area.
