This is the sight that greeted a guest when they returned to their room at Cookies Resort in late August 2010.
During the rainy season monkeys often come down to the resorts in White Sand beach to scavenge for food.
Usually they are pretty shy but sometimes they venture as far as the power lines on the main road and in this case onto the balcony of a hotel room.
