Gallery 21 - Inshore islands-Part 2
Koh Suwan, the nearest island to Klong Prao beach. Easy to moor your canoe on the eastern side of the island and swim. The northern tip of Koh Suwan. The rocky outcrop of Koh Rom, 5 minutes paddle south of Koh Suwan. Southwestern side of Koh Rom looking towards Koh Chang It's easy to tie up your canoe and snorkel around the island. A few varieties of small fish here including loads of tiger fish 15 minutes south of Koh Rom and you reach Koh Man Nai. If you're in Kai Bae this will be the first island you head for, it's very near the shore. The eastern shore of Koh Man Nai is the asiest place to moor kayak and an get busy. The seastern side of Koh Man Nai. Looking along the western side of Koh Man nai towards Lonely Beach and Bailan in the distance. Parking on Koh Man Nai. You need a good kayak - fiberglass ones are far better for use at sea than the moulded plastic ones most resorts use.
