Until mid 2009 Google didn’t have this area of Koh Chang in good enough resolution to make a map.  But now they have sent their satellites over Bangbao and so it is possible to see the area in some detail.   You cant zoom in much and there isnt space to add all the businesses on the pier.  So I have just included a handful that are good.

The highlights are the fishing village which still has some charm and great views and Klong Kloi Beach.  A trip to see the floating hotel at Grand Lagoona Resort is also worthwhile – as it is truly crap.  The around the pier is getting busier each year and in High Season parking can be a hassle.  If you are on your scooter park outside the 7-eleven.
