Keereeta Resort
From 1,700 Baht/night. Keereeta Resort was one of the first real boutique hotels on the island. No doubt about it, it is a lovely design with all rooms being individually furnished and decorated. The rooms represent good value for money. Service is the main negative according to many reviews. If you can look after yourself and don’t have to be on the beach, then it is a good bet.
Luxury Villa For Rent
Rental from 10,000 Baht/night. Inspiration Villa is Koh Chang’s sleeps up to 8 adults and is the only stand alone, private pool villa available for holiday rentals in the White Sand Beach area. Whilst you are spoilt for choice on Samui and Phuket if you want to rent a large private home for your vacation, on Koh Chang the choice is limited. Located on the west coast, 5 minutes to the main beaches.
Remark Cottage
From 2,000 Baht/night. Remark Cottage is one of the nicest small bungalow resorts on the island. The owners have spent a lot of time and effort to create a small ‘designer hut’ resort set amidst beautiful, landscaped tropical gardens. Nice quiet spot. By the sea but no sandy beach – but only a few minutes to White Sand beach or Klong Prao beach.
Koh Chang Resortel
From 1,800 Baht/night. Koh Chang Resortel is a large 2-3* resort on Pearl beach. Ideal if you like swimming as it has two huge pools – including the only 50m pool on the island. Good as a back up option if first choice resorts are full in High Season. Easy to get to White Sand or Klong Prao beaches.
Penny’s Bungalows
Room Rates from 1,200 Baht High Season. Penny’s Bungalows is a compact, 28 room resort by the sea on Pearl Beach. It is a clean, comfortable 2 star and the rooms,which are built around a small swimming pool. Good choice for families on a budget if you don’t need a sandy beach and want to be centrally located.
