Jinda Resort is only really an option if you’re on a tight budget and just want to book somewhere for the first couple of nights before you head off to look for somewhere better and/or cheaper.

It’s located at the north end of White Sand beach, only 30 seconds walk from the sand but as you’ll see from the photos is an, aging , fairly run down ‘resort’ but the rooms are clean and comfortable.

Price is the main selling point as it is hard to find accommodation in this price range on White Sand beach. But outside the main peak Christmas and New Year season, you’ll be able to find better rooms around the 1,000 baht/night range with a bit of looking around.

Book for  a couple of nights just to make life easier for you when you first arrive. It’s right by the first stop the pick up truck taxi makes when it reaches White Sand beach, on the opposite side of the road from the 7-eleven.
