Ban Thai Resort is quite a nice little boutique resort at the southern end of White Sand Beach. The beach directly outside the hotel isn’t great, you’ll need to walk north to find a much better stretch of sand. It’s 11 hotel rooms are all decorated in modern Thai style and the resort itself features a lot of nice Thai-style architecture.
Space is limited so the rooms which all feature airconditioning, TV & minibar are a bit pokey. No pool but there is a small beachfront restaurant, nice place for breakfast.
But overall, still one of the nicer small, budget resorts on White Sand beach with a bit more character than others but rather pricey for what you get.

Please avoid this hotel. I was robbed blind of all the cash I had (my mistake for leaving it in the room, but I did not expect the cleaning lady to enter the room at that moment, because we just stepped out for a cup of coffee for 30 min) The staff accused me of making up lies to try to get money from the hotel (of course they didn’t reimburse me even a penny) The staff was extremely rude and two-faced and I urge you to choose another place to stay..
