Scuba Dive Centres on Koh Chang
There are probably more than these but as
I'm not particularly interested in diving I don't pay much attention especially
as many dive schools seem to come and go or change owners every 18 months.

The Wing Dive Centre
In the centre of White Sand Beach, opposite Ban Pu Resort.
Small dive centre with the usual PADI courses plus snorkelling trips.
Scuba Evolution
New, 2007, dive centre at the southern end of White Sand
Beach. Runs PADI courses plus specialises technical diving and Nitrox
courses.

fully licensed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand. Their small, well
stocked dive shop is located outside Magic Resort, Klong Prao. Fully
insured PADI dive courses and dive trips under the tuition of experienced, fully
qualified instructors.
Scandinavian Chang Dive Centre
A PADI Authorized Dive Center Specialist in dive
education. The main office is located in in Klong Prao (opposite Klong
Prao Resort) and a second office is in Kai Bae (opposite Chang Park Resort).
Scandinavian Chang Dive Centre aim to provide the best customer service and
a safe, quality environment for learning to dive. All PADI courses on offer
plus private courses, snorkelling trips and private speedboat charters.
Eco-Divers
Since 1999
Eco-Divers have been offering PADI courses taught in over half a dozen European
languages, plus Thai. Located in Klong Prao village.
Waterworld
Well established dive school with office at the north end
of Klong prao beach. PADI courses. Also run popular fishing trips.
Kai Bae Beach
Sea Horse Divers
Sea Horse Divers, at KB Hut, are one of the most
experienced dive operators on Koh Chang, having been running courses and dive
trips since 1994. They offer all PADI courses plus day & overnight dive trips.
Sea Horse Divers also have a branch on Koh Kood.
Scuba Dreams.
A new, 2007, small dive school emphasizing personal
service. Guarantees small groups. Located in the centre of Kai Bae,
opposite 7-eleven.

Koh
Chang Dive Point
The German run
Koh Chang Dive Point is conveniently located roadside at Nature beach Bungalows,
Lonely Beach. Dive courses and trips are run off their own dive boat.
Dive Point's internet cafe means you have no reason not to email your friends
about your underwater adventure when you return to dry land.
Bangbao

Divers
BB Divers are
small dive school located in the middle of Bangbao Pier where their dive shop
provides a great view of the bay and seafood restaurants are a stone's throw
away. I've had a few people recommend them as being a bullshit free place
to learn to dive.
Ploy
Scuba
Ploy Scuba were
founded in 1994 and is the largest dive school on Koh Chang. Dive
trips are usually run off a couple of small speedboats (rather than the luxury twin-enginned yacht
pictured in the adverts, which is usually used in Koh Samet).
The
Dive Adventure
Conveniently
located on the right hand side of the entrance to Bangbao pier, The Dive
Adventure offer regular liveaboard trips to Cambodia in addition to all PADI
courses, fun dives and snorkelling trips.
Scubadive Thailand
Their HQ is the blue cafe/office at the
very end of Bangbao pier, a stones throw from where heir new dive boat is
moored. This is another school that I've only heard good things about from
people who've dived and snorkelled with them.
