Due to personal reasons the British
expat owner of this small house has to return home. His small house,
which he had built a year ago is therefore reluctantly for sale or for long
term rent.

bordered by the Klong Plu river. A local elephant camp uses the track on the
opposite side of the river - about 50 metres away for elephant trekking - so
from the large verandah you get a view of elephants walking past

until 2017. Your only outgoings will be your utility bills.
Alternatively, rent the house fully furnished on
a 6 or 12 month contract. Monthly rental is 15,000 baht/month (low season)
- 20,000 baht/month ( high season) and can be negotiated with the owner.
