The (new) Koh Chang Photo Pages

A few photos of the northern part of White Sand beach, Koh Chang

Visit in high season and stay near the centre of the beach and you could be forgiven for thinking you were on the Costa Del Sol, way too many lobster tanned tourists in deckchairs for my liking.

But walk north, get away from the big resorts and the beach still has something to offer backpackers and those in search of peace and quiet.

The beach at White Sand Beach Resort, not easy to get to by road or at very high tide but the rest of the time you can walk here along the beach

Looking towards the northern end of the beach from near Rock Sand bungalows

Independent Bo's  - you cant miss it.

No such thing as minimalist decor here.

Moving south from Rock Sand & Independent Bo's - a few more places to sleep & eat on the cliffside.

KC Grande Resort is by far the biggest resort on this part of the beach

They even have some 'back to basics' bamboo huts you won't see these advertised on their website though.
